September 5th - the day we actually GOT MARRIED! Looking like two smelly tired croc loving girlies who had just also picked up the keys to their new house!!!! 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐭 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐲 𝟎𝟔.𝟏𝟎.𝟐𝟒 When I first proposed to Charl, I hadn’t even given a second thought about what I was going to wear. I have always said I would wear a dress on my wedding day 🥰 but, since forever I have worn shorts, T-shirts & flip flops. I have always been a tomboy, so as the time got closer I was incredibly nervous I wasn’t going to feel comfortable in any dress I tried on, we had some backup plans of a jump suit or some feminine suits, but in my mind I wanted to wear a dress. I cannot even explain how much I loved trying dresses on, I loved the experience & fully embraced every dress I tried on, even the jump suits (I’m sure my friends have some photos somewhere) 😂 I think my friends & my mum were a little shocked at how much I was enjoying myself 😇👸🏽 As soon as I put this dress on, I knew it was the perfect one for me. I knew the one day in my life I was going to wear a dress, I was going to make a statement with it! I don’t think it was anything anyone expected & that was exactly my goal ❤️ every single detail of the dress I absolutely loved & the reaction I had from my mum & bridesmaids topped it off for me 😍🥰 Most importantly, for the first time, I actually felt beautiful ❤️ Huge thank you to the girls at @lauramaybridal for being so patient and helping me choose my perfect dress because I literally had no clue!! ❤️ Seeing Charl’s face when she saw me was exactly what I wanted & made it all perfect ❤️ Princess for the day 😂👰🏽‍♀️👸🏽

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙒𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙚’𝙨 My mum, dad, brother & sister - in - law ❤️ Anyone who knows us, knows my family are extremely quiet & reserved, so photos are a rarity 😂 I’m not entirely sure where I come from if I’m honest 😂 but I managed to get some beautiful pictures from our special day ❤️ Can we just take a minute to appreciate how beautiful my mum looks? 😍 And fun fact, my dad has recently had a full knee replacement and I was walking in heels, so it took us about 15 minutes to get down the aisle 😂 Love you guys ❤️

I always knew she was going to look out of this world, but my goodness, she took my breath away! 🥹 I remember being so nervous waiting to turn around to see her & was filled with so much emotion.
