Happy National Physician Assistants Week to our girl Carlie 🤍🤎 Drop a positive comment below if you're thankful for her. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ Hi, it's Dani, I'll start. 🙋‍♀️ She has completely transformed my skin. I suffered from severe hormonal acne and still suffer from some mild comedonal acne as an adult. We treated with low Spironolactone for about 9 months a few years ago, and I am currently on low dose Accutane. My hormonal acne is GONE! Having PCOS hormonal acne is almost always a given, but that burden has been lifted from my shoulders. For the scarring I had on my chin and cheeks from the severe hormonal flares I used to get, we treated my scarring with sculptra and subscision. Cosmetically for wrinkle free skin, I get botox every 3 months, and HA fillers for definition in places where it's lacking. Most importantly, Carlie is a wealth of knowledge, I learn something new almost on a daily basis. She is one of the best teachers even if she doesn't realize she's teaching at that moment. 7 years of working alongside her and 4 years of us being inseparable, you're stuck with me for life. Happy PA Week, Car, you could never be duplicated 😘

When patients come in for acne, I always tell them that it is my favorite thing to treat, and I mean it. 😍 Helping people feel good in their skin is truly my passion and why I went into dermatology. My goal is to give you your confidence back, or perhaps we will find you newfound confidence together ✨️. When you're my patient, you're my family, and you'll never receive quality of care less than that from myself or my MAs. 🤍 Book with me at 480-905-8485 for all of your skin care needs. DM with any questions 🥰

These results were too good, I had to share all of the angles. 🪞 This particular beautiful patient of mine is an avid runner. 🏃‍♀️ Burning calories while excercising/running which we all know helps aid in fat loss for the body, can also affect fat loss in the face. 🥲 We began to notice hallowing of her tear troughs, slight assessmtry of her natural lateral cheek bones, flattening of her medial cheeks, and her lips were in need of some light hydration. 💋 We used 5 syringes in total, which is equivalent to 5 little blueberries 🫐 I had so much fun training on Restylane Eyelight today and learning fun new pearls from @rechelle.trejo.aesthetics. Thank you for the amazing training, and thank you, @cat.kozuch, for organizing the training 🤍 Forever learning 🥼

Happy National Medical Assistants Day. These girls keep the wheels turning. 🤍 I'm not sure what I ever did without these three. Their care for my patients goes above and beyond their job titles. Chances are, if you're a current patient of mine, you've met one or all three of these beauties, and I'm sure you loved them as much as I do. 😍 Thanks for all of your hard work, dedication, empathy, and for all of the endless laughs we have with our sleep deprived mom brains 😂🤪. Love you three 🥰

✨️Sculptra✨️ It's one of my TOP favorite treatments right now. (I'm dying for some in my face) This beauty suffered with acne in her teens and early adult life, which left behind some unwanted scarring. She has had multiple laser treatments in the past with mild improvement. I recommended a series of three Sculptra treatments spaced 1 month apart, and these results are only after 2 treatments 😳. She had her 3rd and final treatment today, and we will see her back in 6 months for a final evaluation. 😍 Not only has the acne scarring diminished, but she also began to notice improvement in her skin laxity. Full results with Sculptra will take about 6 months and studies qoute that it will last up to 2 years. 🤍 Schedule your consultation with me to see if you qualify for some collagen stimulation 😚

Have you heard of Sculptra yet? I am convinced that it's one of Hollywood's best kept secrets 🧐 Unlike dermal filler, Sculptra is NOT immediate gratification. 🚫 Sculptra is poly-l-lactic acid, which is a collagen stimulator. It helps restore the deep underlying structures of the skin, which can diminish facial wrinkles. 👵 As the sculptra PLLA microparticles are absorbed, they help stimulate the collagen production. The rebuilt strands of collagen gradually help restore facial volume and dimish the appearance of wrinkles and folds. 🧬 Sculptra was first FDA approved in 2004 for treatment for lipodystrohy (fat loss in the face) in HIV patients but has been a standard treatment in Europe since 1999. 🔬 Today, it is used in a variety of on and off label treatments in the aesthetic community. Before and after post coming soon 🥰

Have you added a skin check to your yearly wellness checks yet? Living in AZ has its perks, but it comes with all of the excess sun exposure and the risks associated with it. ☀️ If you have any new spots, spots that aren't healing, lesions that are increasing in size, moles that aren't symmetrical typically warrants a visit to your local dermatologist. 🥼 Being vigilant and early detection is key. 🔑

Guys, I know my posts on here are few and far in between, but this account is run by two moms (myself and my lead, MA Dani -pictured in this post). Our lives are a little wild, and we'd love to post more, BUT our babes come first. 🤍 This transformation has been almost 2 years in process. Once she was done having babies and breastfeeding, she allowed me complete control of her already beautiful face. 😍 💉x1 Sculptra full face with subcison in the acne scars. 💉×2 SkinPen Microneedling treatments. 💉×1 EZ gel treatment in the tear troughs. 💉x2 full facial rejuvenation filler treatments spaced almost 2 years apart. 💉Botox or Dysport every 3 months. 💉Lip filler every 6 months to 1 year. 🧴A full skin care regimen, which consists of all of my favs from Skin Better Science & Alastin. 🧴 💊She's on my favorite prescription retinol, Arazlo, takes Spironolactone for her hormonal acne, and just recently began Accutane in hopes of preventing more acne scarring. 💊 Having good skin and feeling good in your skin takes time & and a LOT of patience. I got you covered friends, let me worry about your skin for you 😘

⚠️If creepy crawlies creep you out, then this isn't the post for you ⚠️ My patient presented in the office today with what was thought to be an infected bug bite. One month ago, he was on the beach in another country with a tropical climate. 🌴⛱️ Upon first examination, it appeared to me as an abscess. I grabbed my dermatoscope out and began to see this little fella poking his head put and had two little eyes staring back at me. 👀 I've waited my whole PA career for this moment 🥰 A botlfly bit my patient and laid its baby in his back. 🪰 Needless to say, I was a very happy woman today getting this bad boy out 😍 Dermatology is seriously the best field. This little guy was sent out for pathology, but there's no real concerns of any infections or diseases from larvae to humans.

This beauty desired to feel "more refreshed and not fake", she was scared like most clients, thinking she was going to come out, not looking like herself. This client saw herself in the mirror post treatment and cried happy tears 🥹 Safe to say when you're in my chair, my goal is to make you feel/look like a more refreshed version of yourself. 💆‍♀️💆 ✨️Areas treated were lateral cheeks, lips, jawline, chin, pre jowl sulcus, and pyriform aperture. A little full face rejuvenation ☺️ 5 syringes 💉 in total. I'm obsessed 🥰 📍@desert_sky_derm 📍Gilbert and Mesa 📞480-855-0085 Or 📩Klara message

This patient, like many others, came to me for a consult with concerns of her tear troughs. 👀 During many of my consults, I explain to my patients that under eye volume loss is not usually a single location issue. ☝️ Much of the time when patients complain about hollowing underneath their eyes, their cheeks also need to be treated to help support the volume loss in this area that is caused by normal aging. ✨️By us addressing both areas of volume loss, the patient had a much better cosmetic outcome and was super happy with her natural results when she left. ✨️ Locations treated were medial cheeks, lateral cheeks, and the tear troughs with HA filler 😍

First time lip filler patient 💋💉 🤍I'm in LOVE with this transformation. 🤍 Super juicy 😍 Lip filler products and placement vary from patient to patient. Not one technique or product is universal for every patient. This is why I always say the consult is key 🔑 My books are full for May, booking into June now 🗓 Schedule now while slots last 😘
