The Games at Suntec Fitxpo - CONDITION Buy-In → Main Work → Buy-Out E3MOM : pair run (400m - Elite), (200m - Everyday) Minute 0 : 2 person run Minute 3 : 2 person run Minute 6 : 2 person run Minute 9 : 2 person run Minute 12 : 2 person run *anyone from the team can run as long one person is on ski during buy-in *main work - pair has to be 1 female & 1 male at all times. Reps do not need to be shared proportionally *everyone in the team runs to complete buy-out Score = time remaining on the clock
The Games at Suntec Fitxpo - Perform Waterfall (MF/MF) (15/12 - elite), (10/8 - everyday) Bike/Row (20/15 - elite), (17.5/12.5 - everyday) Synchro SA snatch (24”/20” - elite/everyday) Synchro Box Jump/Step overs Flow: • Pair 1 (M/F): Completes both calories → synchro DB snatches → synchro box overs. Only then can they begin the next round. • Pair 2 (M/F): Starts their calories once Pair 1 begins DB snatches, then follows the same flow. • Process continues in AMRAP style. ⚠️ No pair may overtake Pair 1 at any point. Standards: • Calories — must be fully completed by both athletes before moving forward. • DB Snatch — DB must touch the floor each rep; full arm lockout at the top required. Both reps must be synchro to count. • Box Overs — pair must choose either synchro jumps or synchro step-overs. No mixing. Score = max cal from Bike + Row

More than 100 people joined me on the rowing machines (many remarkable humans jumping on numerous times or clocking over an hour when we needed them most) as we tallied up over 500Kms! A special note of gratitude goes to Wilson for being there to battle alongside me throughout the entire event, as well as @clarencethm, @gatsbyihui, @jolynl and the @fitstop_hollandvillage | @fitstop_downtown teams for making the event a reality. It was an extraordinary occasion that reminded me of how inherently good people are, and that no matter how tough times may be, we can all put up our hands to be there for our community.
