What an Incredible 3 Days at Thrive 2025! I’m still riding the energy from an absolutely amazing 3 days at Thrive 2025! We had a full house of 2000 incredible souls, coming together from 13 different countries at MiTEC. Seeing all of you—ready to learn, grow, and THRIVE—was nothing short of heartwarming. It’s an honor to share my strategies, tools, and insights with you, so you can take on 2025 with confidence, clarity, and courage. Speaking on stage this weekend? Pure joy. Thrive started as a small “class” back in 2012—a cozy group that I could literally fit into my office classroom. Fast forward to today, and we’ve grown into a full-blown event with 2000 students. (Next year, I think we’ll need a bigger “classroom,” 😂😂) This growth is a testament to YOU—all of you who’ve shown up, leaned in, and committed to taking control of your future. Watching this community evolve has been nothing short of inspiring. A huge shoutout to my incredible team—you’re the real MVPs. Quick stop in New York 🗽—but this time, I finally caught a baseball game! First inning, first game, and all the excitement had me hooked. What a thrill!

So, I flew to Europe for a short work trip, and somewhere between the in-flight meal and the complimentary champagne, I had a bit of an epiphany. After almost three decades of hard work (yes, I’m *that* seasoned), I’ve finally realized that I *must* be doing something right… when even my PA and Head of Department are sitting in first class. Standing here, 7,970 feet above sea level, I can almost hear the whispers of the ancient Incan civilization that once called this home. Machu Picchu isn’t just a wonder of the world—it’s a reminder of the resilience and beauty humans can create when in harmony with nature. On this recce trip to the legendary Machu Picchu, I had the chance to study the magnificent and majestic Feng Shui formations that this sacred site holds. The balance between the mountains, valleys, and sky feels intentional—like the land was chosen not just for its beauty, but for its powerful energy. The hike up? Definitely worth it for this view that feels like stepping into another era. Every stone has a story, and every turn reveals a piece of the past. Certain areas at the citadel, like the Temple of the Sun God, were incredibly special, but I found several other spots with even higher concentrations of Qi. I’m convinced these locations were the true meridian spots—original sacred shrines where the Incas honored the forces of nature and the cosmos. Perhaps one day, I should bring my students here for an excursion to explore these energies firsthand and experience the magic for themselves. Let this place remind us to slow down, connect with the earth, and appreciate the marvels around us—even the ones we didn’t expect to find.
