Renovation is 𝙁𝙄𝙉𝘼𝙇𝙇𝙔 𝘿𝙊𝙉𝙀, and we are in! This has been one 𝙇𝙊𝙉𝙂 and 𝙋𝘼𝙄𝙉𝙁𝙐𝙇 journey, but I’ve learned a lot. There were sleepless nights, tension, and a whole lot of stress, but it’s all worth it now that we’re in our new home. (𝘕𝘰𝘸 𝘐 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘰𝘤𝘶𝘴 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰𝘶𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘴.) Since moving back, I’ve noticed that Hong Kong 🇭🇰 has really stepped up its indoor playground game. There seem to be more options now, which is fantastic news for mums! 🤩 Be sure to 𝗦𝗔𝗩𝗘 this post for later! The kids had an absolute blast @childlikekidgroup. With a variety of stations, there’s something for every child to enjoy. This playground is great for younger kids 6 years old and under. I was especially impressed with their indoor water duck ride and zip line. Though compact, it was a ton of fun! Playtime is organized in 2-hour slots, so be sure to arrive on time. Located in the @dparkhk shopping mall, there are plenty of food options for after playtime. It is beautiful and perfect for families. They have a nature trail, BBQ sites, and a large open grass area where kids can play and run free! The public libraries in Hong Kong is so underrated, yet it is a great place offering an amazing selection of books for kids, all for 𝙁𝙍𝙀𝙀! Taking your kids to the library is a fantastic way to nurture your children’s love for reading and books. Lately my kids have been getting into the @mrmenofficalbooks thanks to our regular library visits. One of the best things about living in a city like Hong Kong is the convenience. With so many public libraries dotted around the city, it is easy to just pop in to borrow books for your little ones. With tight living spaces in Hong Kong, borrowing books from the library is a great way to limit clutter in the flat. I could have stayed here the whole day! 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙚 this post with a friend who would like a quick city escape without hopping on a plane. I highly recommend @thehideouthk. When I arrived, I couldn’t believe I was still in Hong Kong. 🇭🇰 It literally felt like I was transported somewhere else. It was so peaceful and calm, the perfect place to recharge and destress. The Hideout offers different experiences such as: • 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗘𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲 • 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 • 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝘂𝗽 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 If you are not into workshops, you can always come and relax at their coffee shop, where you face a beautiful lake and landscape while you enjoy a cup of coffee and a meal. Come here with friends or even on your own for a self-care day.
