Because generic warm-ups don’t cut it. At CAVO, every warm-up is now purpose-built for your morphology and training path, so you lift safer, stronger and with more intent. New warm ups will be rolled out today across all classes!
Meet Shantelle: Your Sunrise Strength Coach 🌅💪 Shantelle is not your typical “count-to-10 and done” kind of trainer. She is the one who will make you laugh mid-burpee, fix your form with biomechanics-level precision and still push you to lift heavier than you thought you could. A HYROX competitor and certified coach, she blends science, sweat and creativity to get you results you can both see and feel. Her coaching style is technical but never boring. Expect sharp form checks, smart programming that actually works and just enough encouragement to keep you pushing for that extra rep. She is all about form-focused strength training, fat loss strategies and metabolic conditioning that builds results that last. Outside the gym, Shantelle is all about balance. She sings Chinese pop ballads, hunts down the best brunch spots and loves hikes (mainly for the views and the post-hike coffee). A proud early bird, she is usually up before the sun is up! Her favorite food? Bibimbap - the perfect reminder that life, like training, is all about balance. With Shantelle, every session is equal parts sweat, science and good vibes.
