Can a home make you happy? Depending on who you ask, the answer might be yes! Just wrapped up 111 18th Ave N in the Historic Old Northeast. This is a custom plan that is designed for an oversized lot. This home has the primary bedroom downstairs, with a sprawling first floor that has a large great room, kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, office, laundry and pool bath. The design finishes by @laurenleitnerdesign on this home are a 10/10, we are so happy with the end result!

We took a different approach with the countertops in this color-drenched primary bathroom. We mitered the countertop edges and extended the marble for a wrapped apron front on both vanities. Paired with custom trim, designer plumbing fixtures, and statement lighting, these details bring an elevated touch to the space. What do you think of these upgrades?!

Just completed in Historic Old Northeast: the Dutch Colonial This exterior is a nod to existing architectural styles that can be found in and around this charming neighborhood. Our favorite feature about this plan is the kitchen! It has endless cabinetry, and the range wall with the white oak shelving adds a unique + elegant touch!
