Upper body day got us like 🙌🏻😎 Today’s high volume session was a certainly a lot of reps to get through 😮‍💨 but we didn’t hate it when our arms definitely got the Pump 💪🏻🔥 It is also finally the day to hit some heavier reps on our Military Press so it’s time to get those shoulders moving! #DifferentBetter

AUGUST MEMBER OF THE MONTH: LAURA ⭐️ You will most likely hear Laura if she’s in class 😂 But probably mainly due to her general enthusiasm for cardio, lifting heavy, and having a good time 🥳 We love her infectious energy and how she is always so genuinely excited for her friends’ achievements together with her own - celebrating every win for what it truly is. We can’t deny that Laura can be slightly (?) competitive, but tbh she generally uses her competitive streak to better herself and improve in all areas as much as possible, while encouraging her friends around her to go for more, showing how she can not only lift heavy weights but lift the people around her 🥰 She’s honestly made such huge progress since the time she started while continuing to consistently make everyday at BFT a fun and fulfilling one - so we couldn’t help but give her a shoutout this month💙 We asked her why she loves BFT and she said: “Before BFT, I’d never done group classes because they just “weren’t my thing.” It actually took months of persuasion from my dear friend Yumin before I finally gave a trial a shot… and very quickly I realized how wrong I was! BFT has really nailed the formula — a solid, science-backed program with sustainable workouts that never get boring and don’t lead to burnout. I love that all I have to do is show up every day and trust the process. It’s been such a game-changer for my lifestyle, physical health, and mental health. Honestly it’s become addictive! And the cherry on top? The incredible community!! For an extrovert like me, the amazing people and fast friendships built in this shared space are what keep me coming back. Our favourite rockstars 🤩🙌🏻 Not that we ever doubted her but we’re so happy for Adele for making her dream come true and getting that number one flag while hitting a PB in her race over the weekend 🏆 Can’t be said enough that we are so proud of Adele, and that no matter what happens she always perseveres though, letting her hard work and consistency do the talking. Shout out to Adele for making it to the podium again!! 🤩💪🏻

🏅BFT BUKIT TIMAH 8WC WINNER - NORA🏅 For a while now, Nora’s been battling with PCOS - and not does that cause weight gain, but also affects your mood, energy levels, making it hard to train consistently or lose weight when the condition is heightened. Unfortunately as well, there’s no cure and it can only be managed, and so believe us when we say that we are so immensely proud of Nora for not only overcoming all these barriers but not letting it get to her at all. And if you know Nora, you know that she’s always a bright light trying to bring positivity, even when she may not have been in the best conditions at that time. With this 8WC, Nora was trying to do whatever she could based on how she felt day to day, while keeping up with eating better, and pushing whenever she could, pulling back if she needed to. Having found the right routine that works for her, she not only feels better, but she’s also said that her weight is currently at the lightest she’s ever been in her whole life! Not only that, Nora was able to lose 3.4kg of body fat, gaining almost 1kg of muscle mass to get a 16% body fat percentage loss in 8 weeks 🎉 Congrats to Nora on winning this 8WC! #DifferentBetter
