Welcome to Week 6! We’re turning up the heat — higher intensity, heavier loads, and longer efforts. 💥 Recovery is key, but so is showing up ready to level up. Here’s what’s coming your way: Monday – HIIT 110% MAS with an extra set on each exercise. We’ll be pushing boundaries while mastering recovery. 🔥 Tuesday – Pump (UB) Superset city — shoulders, chest, and arms. Time to chase that 6RM press and pump volume till the burn sets in. 💪 Wednesday – Summit Big aerobic focus with long sets and short rest. The challenge? Keep HR steady at 85–89% and prove your engine’s ready. 🚴 Thursday – Strength (LB) Back Squats take the spotlight. Three heavy sets to test limits, build confidence, and prep for PBs. 🏋️ Friday – Cardio U Conditioning takeover! One zone, one screen, almost 10 minutes of grit. Let’s go 💪 MON | HIRT (LB) Big leg volume to kick off the week 🦵 Expect tempo work and accessory lifts to build strength and control — without overloading the back. Slow it down and own every rep. TUE | Summit Undulating sets, that will keep you on your toes 🔄 Just when you find your pace, the timing shifts. Adapt, adjust, and perform. WED | Strength (UB) Tempo training time ⏱ Every pause exposes weaknesses and builds stability. Slow, controlled reps now = stronger lifts later. THU | HIIT It’s time — 110% MAS 🚀 Ski, Bike, Rower — go all out, hit your distances, and earn that recovery. This is the highest intensity of the block. FRI | Balanced A well-earned reset 🤸 Focus on mobility, stability, and full range of motion. This progression is about moving well and giving your system a breather.
