Their dedication, love, and gratitude reminded us why this work is so important. Because of this mission, we prevented countless accidental litters and improved the quality of life for so many pets. Our friends @thenateleet and Mariana had invited us to explore the farmers market in Bogotá, but I wasn’t feeling well, so we had to miss out. Later that evening, as they walked toward our hotel, all I could see were these massive, breathtaking bouquets in their hands and large white bags. They had brought the farmers market to us! Mariana, who has a true gift for floral arranging, handcrafted these stunning bouquets herself, filling our room with the most beautiful colors and floral scents. And then there were the fruits—every exotic variety you could think of! My favorites were the uchava, the dragon fruit, and all of the different types of passion fruit. Every bite was an explosion of flavor. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten that much fruit before 🤣 Their kindness and thoughtfulness made the night so special. Even though we missed the market, we got to experience it in the most personal and heartfelt way. I’ll never forget this beautiful gesture! ❤️✨
