I felt compelled to chat about my shared sentiment with @housebeautiful's recent "Slow Decorating" article. As a lover of lived in layers and collected charm, I find so much joy and fulfillment in the "slow". Every room in my home is forever a work in progress — in the best possible way. What you see in these photos has likely changed at least twice since they were last photographed! I am so curious how many of y’all host vs. travel for Thanksgiving. And for those that are hosting — how many are you cooking for? Also — are we eating this massive meal at lunch or for dinner? It was a toss up at the studio! I absolutely love seeing how friends and family stick to traditions and still get creative with place settings and seating arrangements during the holidays!
