Some of our warriors need more support. We have recently focused on such specific needs and adaptations to get the most performance out of the FROG for each individual child. Our hip stabilisers help to centre and support the upper body. If the strength is not sufficient for remaining in standing position, the pelvic support can help. ‘Runaway kids’ with forward-leaning posture can be stabilised in their ‘run’ with our adjustable friction brakes. And if rearward stability is an issue (particular with higher adjustment or the large frame), our anti-tipping tags will provide added safety to prevent flipping over. Scissoring or crossing the legs can be a tough challenge, even when wearing AFOs. Our leg separators can address that. These accessories help to configure the walker in particular for outdoor use on uneven terrain and increased demands for the stability of the user. Lately there has been 'inflationary' news about companies raising their prices…because of inflation. We hear their costs are going up and therefore there is no other way then to pass these on to the customers. Our costs have been going up significantly as well and we also need to give our staff increments to weather their increased cost of living. However, we are hanging tight and see the increased spending first as a challenge to become more efficient and to chase slack elsewhere.
