I’ve converted some of my Ikea Kallax to areas with grow lights and I thought I’d make a little video showing how I did it! I used Barrina T5 grow lights as they’re discrete while providing a good amount of light and you can daisy chain up to 16 lights from one plug socket which means I can slowly convert more of the Kallax over time. They also have a built in timer so no need to spend money on smart plugs and the white finish blends well with the Kallax! The PPFD is also good for how small the lights are and they look pretty and they’re energy efficient at only 5w each.
