The highlights of the day included: 🧘‍♀️ A calming and energizing Yoga Session led by the amazing @Archanayogini. 🌈 A heartfelt and insightful talk on ‘How to Help Grow Your Happy Hormones’ by the wonderful @Ms_suchi_official. 🌿 Wellness Tips on Lymphatic Drainage and Social Media Growth Strategies shared by me, @Hemadadhwal, the proud founder of Insta Buddies. The Insta Buddies group was created with the vision of supporting, uplifting, and empowering influencers—both new and seasoned—to thrive in their journeys. It’s a space where we learn, grow, and celebrate together, one step at a time. Our members were thrilled to receive thoughtful Goodie Bags from @Egawellness, filled with organic treasures. The session was made even more special with plant-based snacks, refreshing drinks, and meaningful conversations. Members also brought along healthy dishes, adding a personal touch to our wellness theme.
