Allium Sphaerocephalon, tall elegant with a gentle tilt due to the weight of the flowers. Bees love them and the seed heads add interesting structure. Not just a pretty face, they are also excellent value with usually circa 50 in a pack. Undisturbed, they should come up year on year however definitely worth adding to annually.
