Provençal life

My Provence garden in December. The plants have mostly stopped growing. There have been heavy frosts some mornings. But some roses still bloom and the newly seeded grass is quite green. It is that period where I am beginning to make lists of garden projects to be done over the quiet winter months. On the inside I am hoping the final cabinetry work for tool storage will commence after the holidays. Keeping my family close 💙 I have been fortunate to have spent the last five weeks with my family on both coasts of the US. We have had lots of good times together, deep and emotional conversations, laughs and some tears. I have seen my grandchildren grow between visits. I often get asked if I miss the US now that I have moved abroad. It is just the family I miss. Though we have learned that quality makes up for quantity.
