365 days ago I left HMP Brixton with a plan of how I was going to change my life. I’ve always had a dream of becoming a TV chef and 5 months ago I started creating content with my bro @combo.gogetta on a joke ting and it actually started to slap 😅 Sunday the 14th of august I had my first tasting menu for 80 people. Without the help of @stephgump along this journey this whole thing wouldn’t of been achievable! In this life you can achieve anything you want as long as you put your mind to it. WELLLLL WHERE TO START?! What a year this has been! Whether it be the MAJOR ups and downs, we managed to get through and prosper by Gods Grace. I can only be thankful for all the amazing opportunities that have come my way. I also want to say a massive thank you to EVERYONE that has helped me along my journey this year and an even bigger THANK YOU to every single one of you that has come down to support me down at The Greyhound which has really helped change the shape of my life and also change the narrative of how Caribbean fusion food should and WILL be.
