30 before 30: pt II 🍸🫧🩰 I turn 29 tomorrow and I guess this list is about making the most of the last year of my twenties, but also pushing myself to try new things, face a few challenges and indulge in a few special experiences too! I can be so guilty of just moving ~ through ~ life, constantly on to the next thing. Here’s numbers 16-30! (1-15 on previous post) 🤎 16. Try the 25 mile menu at @the_pig_hotels Cotswolds 17. Keep a journal (a page a day) 18. Screen free spa day at @cowleymanor 19. Send handwritten cards to my friends for occasions, and just because, every month for the year 20. Do a gait analysis and get a pair of proper running trainers 21. Eat in a Michelin starred restaurant 22. Invest my first £1000 23. Do a self defence class 24. Create annual photo books 25. Make a beef wellington and host dinner 26. Curate a considered wardrobe where I feel good in everything 27. Do an adult art class in a new medium 28. Invest in a Fujifilm X100V for travel/day-day 29. Go wild swimming 30. Book a karaoke room and re-enact with Eras Tour #thirtybeforethirty #30before30 #bucketlistadventures

Written version here 📝↓ I’m in no way dreading turning thirty, but I do want to make the most of the last year of my twenties so my friend and I came up with a 30 before 30 list! It’s a mix of big things, little things, challenges, stretchy things and plenty of calming, free things too… What would be on yours before your next birthday?! 🎂 1. Visit 50 countries 2. Run 10K in under an hour 3. Make exercise a consistent non-negotiable - find my “thing” 4. Declutter my whole house 5. Learn how to do eyeliner 6. Try a new recipe every month this year 7. Book a FaceGym massage 8. Read 52 books in the year I turn 30 9. Solo trip? 10. Learn/try a new sport (surfing?) 11. Go indoor bouldering 12. Get another tattoo 13. Do a cooking class 14. Hit 200K followers on Instagram 15. Find my signature scent If you don’t already follow and this is your vibe, do me a favour on number 14 😛✨

bc the last year of my 20s is for giving significantly less f***s so even though we’re only going out for [a nice] dinner, I bought a new dress 💅🏻 dress one: @4thandreckless dress two: @oddmuselondon

take tissues 😭😭🤧 I’ve been to the cinema three times (including) last night in the last few years but I forgot how enjoyable seeing a good film on the big screen, no distractions, no scrolling is And it’s a great solo activity too 🙏🏼 this film is beautiful. beautifully acted, written, filmed. eughhh would you go to the cinema solo? @cineworld @marksandspencerfood @trip.drinks

me 🤝🏼 pinterest for outfit inspo It’s now my go to when I’m interested in a piece, or I want to style something I already own and am not quite sure how! Doing this challenge is going to be really interesting because it already pushed me to have a look at what I have, rather than what I need (want 🤭) I’m not on a shopping ban, but I am trying to ensure that I really *curate* my wardrobe this year rather than just buying…especially trending pieces. Where do you get outfit inspo? I’m going to make this a series so let me know if there are any particular styles or pieces you’d like me to do! ✨ Here they are ↓ Change doesn’t have to be big - or expensive - to make an actual difference to your health, mental wellbeing and the way you live your life. Tiny, consistent actions really do add up… 1. BOX BREATHING: in for 4, hold for 4, out for 4, hold for 4 and repeat. Stimulates your parasympathetic nervous system, calms your body and brain and can move you out of fight or flight mode. 2. WAKE EARLIER: could be 15 mins, could be an hour. Your evenings probably aren’t that productive. Removing an hour of late night doomscrolling for an hour of ‘you’ time to follow your own rituals & routines first thing in the morning has a big impact on the rest of your day. 3. MORNING SUNLIGHT: even just 10-15 mins outside (even if it’s cloudy/grey) will help regulate your circadian rhythm, reset your body clock and boost your mood and energy. 4. LOW IMPACT MOVEMENT: 20 mins a day is honestly all it takes to see big change in the tone and fitness of toor body. I love pilates, but you could even just go for a pacy walk or have a good stretch and wiggle to some music. 5. ICE FACIAL: you don’t have to have a fancy tool to ice your skin, you can fill a mixing bowl with ice cubes and cold water and submerge your face (4 x 15 seconds). It reduces fluid retention and puffiness, tightens skin, reduces inflammation and redness and gives you a healthy glow. 6. POWER DOWN HOUR: turn off screens (including TV) an hour before your bedtime, get your things ready for the next day and find your own calming evening ritual. I love reading a fiction book - use the library if you want free ones! 7. DAILY GRATITUDE JOURNAL: if it sounds a bit woo woo, then just know that gratitude practical is science backed* to make you happier, improve your health, reduce pain and risk of disease, ease anxiety and increase your ability to deal with adversity. You don’t need anything fancy, just a pen and paper and 5 minutes first or last thing to note what you’re truly thankful for. Choosing to romanticise the inbetweeny bits. 🫶🏼 how are you doing?

Let’s make it an annual event 🤗 When you’re a qualified life coach, you don’t let your friends off the hook! We started by reflecting on 2024, then set big goals for the best possible end to 2025 for 8 different areas of our lives, then broke that down into action points for Q1…and got to work on Pinterest! Yes, the pretty bit came last because action > intention 🔥 How cute is @grovefarmglampingpods? It’s just outside of burford on a working farm with lots of fluffy/feathery neighbours, a bubbling hot tub under the stars and the best view to catch the first snow of the year! Don’t be mistaken by the word glamping though, it has aaaaall the modcons, a hot shower and cosy bedrooms…✨

Let’s be chronically online friends!! Where are my fellow type a, wellness w***er, faerie & dragon reading, goal chasing, matcha drinking, decluttering, over stimulated but trying their best swifties at? 🫶🏼
