🥟Gyoza no Osho Singpaore: Whenever I crave for Japanese-style Chinese food in Singapore, I come here. About half of the customers are Japanese, both during lunch and dinner. Since it’s open till late, many salarymen stop by for a meal after drinking🍺 The taste isn’t mind-blowing, but you can enjoy nostalgic dishes that many Japanese expats miss☺️❤️ ⚠️This shop is not related to Japan Gyoza no Osho! My top recommendations are the Tenshinhan, gyoza, and stir-fried pork liver with chives🥟🇨🇳🇯🇵🇸🇬 📍5 Koek Rd, #01-10, Singapore 228796 #japanese #japanesefood

I recently visited the newly opened Ippudo🍜 at City Square Mall and tried the Yuzu Tonkotsu Ramen and a vegetarian ramen for the first time. The citrusy brightness of the yuzu perfectly balanced the richness of the tonkotsu broth-an unexpected but delightful combination. I’d recommend it to those who find the typical tonkotsu broths too rich👌✨ I also want to commend one of the female staff members for her exceptional hospitality. Having worked in the food industry from 16 to 22, I was trained in customer service but didn’t realize its importance at the time. Now, I see how hospitality is truly the cornerstone of a great dining experience😊🙏 #ramen #japanesefood

The actual dish looks even better than the menu photo!🥺⭐️ It’s amazing to find Kaisendon (seafood bowl) of this quality at this price in Singapore. My top recommendation is the Irodori Chirashi Don ($19.90), which comes with miso soup and salad🥗 I’ve tried many kaisendon spots in Singapore, but considering both price and quality, this place is the best!<IMO🤭👌 [Chirashizushi Shou] 📍301 Upper Thomson Rd, #02-09, 574408 📍1 Jalan Anak Bukit, #B1-55A & #B1-60, Bukit Timah Plaza, 588996 #japanesefood #japanese

💎📍Ootori Club, a hidden gem in Arab Street, is a Japanese izakaya known only to those in the know, even among Japanese expats in SG🇸🇬 With jazz playing in the background, this refined and intimate space offers a true dining experience. Every dish on the menu, curated by Waka-san from Yamagata, is crafted to pair perfectly with your drink🍸🍇 The prices aren’t the cheapest, but the cozy ambience makes it the perfect place to unwind after a long day😊 [Ootori club Produced by Waka] 📍30 Kandahar St, Singapore 198890 Be sure to make a reservation and experience it for yourself! #japanesefood #japanese

I can only cook simple dishes🥺🍳 Super Easy Potato Salad with Soft-Boiled Eggs [Ingredients] •3 eggs •2 to 3 potatoes •3 tbsp mayonnaise •1 tsp sugar •A pinch of salt and pepper [Instructions] 1.Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks, then microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Mash them while warm. 2.In a heatproof bowl, crack in 3 eggs and mix about 5 times, just enough to break the yolks. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. 3.Stir the eggs while they are still soft and slightly runny. 4.Mix the mashed potatoes, eggs, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and pepper. And that’s it! #japanesefood #japanese

Authentic Japanese Yakiniku!🇯🇵🇸🇬 When Japanese people say, “Let’s go for yakiniku!” this is often the place we choose😊🍖 The prices aren’t exactly cheap—in fact, it’s on the expensive side. But the quality is just like what you’d get in Japan, which is why it’s so popular among Japanese people🥺🙌 [Osaka Yakinuku Don Don] 📍90 Tg Pagar Rd, Singapore 088511 On Fridays and weekends, reservations are a must!🫡 I’ll be sharing more top yakiniku spots, so make sure to follow me! #japanesefood #japanese
