Oh hey! It’s me, Jordan 🤍 I’m a wife and mommy to two sweet and wild little boys. 🤪 I absolutely love DIY and design. I grew up living through DIY house renovations and learned bits and pieces along the way. We bought our first home - an 80’s colonial - a few years ago. I realized how pricey it was to contract a complete renovation…so I decided to start doing things myself. This truly ignited a passion that had lived inside me for so long. Sometimes I do small projects and sometimes I do big projects. I don’t always know what I’m doing…but I’m figuring it out - learning and laughing along the way. And I share ALL of that with you. The ups and downs, highs and lows - that way you can learn too. I give tips, tricks and tutorials as I go. My goal is to teach and inspire YOU! And of course, make you laugh sometimes bc that’s just good for the soul! ARE YOU SEEING THIS!? I promise you this is the same shed! When things look good, it makes me feel better. And when I feel better, I work better. And when I work better, I’m happier. And when I’m happier, everything is just better!! After surprising the hubs with his dream garage makeover, my stuff got thrown into our storage room and the shed. It was chaos and I thought to myself… If he gets a garage, I get a she shed! You know we go big or go home around here, so naturally I started with a full exterior makeover. I’ve always wanted a moody shed like this and have swooned over harlequin pavers for years. I love how bright and airy the interior is! We all know ya girl needs all the storage and organization she can get. This is my THIRD Husky storage piece and let me just tell you, their storage is next level. This 4-Tier Industrial Duty Steel Shelf is the perfect solution to keep my shed organized and give everything a place. It took 10 minutes to put together and no tools are required, which makes it so easy. It is tough, rugged, customizable, looks good and no joke - this sucker holds 10,000 pounds. Don’t ask him…but he loves it…right babe?😅😜 She shed makeover Day 3!! I painted the inside! All white for a clean and bright vibe. We will start here atleast. I was shocked how fast the floor paint dried….but I rolled the rug back up for the night to give them time to cure. I feel like somehow this project has gone pretty smoothly. Weird. Besides one of my batteries was being wonky and I had to borrow some. Oh and I almost poured out a gallon of paint. And I ran out of paint, but that always happens. Day 1-2 of my dream shed makeover! 👀👀 you see that sneak peek?? The pavers look SO GOOD. Y’all aren’t even ready for this! Painted the exterior to match the siding on our house and lurveeeeeee it. It took me under an hour to paint this thing with my sprayer. Can you believe that? Amazing. Shootttttt it’s hard enough taking the ornaments off to pack back up….gotta work smarter not harder over here! Last year I started adding wire to them and it took forever so I said forget it and just set them on the tree. It totally worked! They look great and guess what…if a kid pulls one off…I just set it back on 🙃. She’s giving - speakeasy. I feel like we need to name her? What should we name her!? From the season ending flood, to the ultimate game day entertaining space...WHAT A COMEBACK! I used BEHR DYNASTY® Interior Paint for the ultimate coverage and durability. In the main room, I drenched the space in Cracked Pepper. This color is PERFECTION. I continued it on the ceiling, trim and doors into the hallway where I added wallpaper for some texture. I was feeling a little spicy and decided to drench the stairway in Rumors, @behrpaint 2025 Color of the Year. The vibes are VIBING!!! Eventually we will replace the stair treads, but I’m truly impressed with what a little paint can do! And the durability...it’s VERY impressive. The black bar cabinets were not doing it for me anymore so I whipped out BEHR DYNASTY® Interior Paint in Even Better Beige...and let me tell ya, they are looking even better, in beige! In my opinion, game day entertaining isn’t complete without a sick patio. I used BEHR PREMIUM® Spray Paint and Primer to refinish my old patio chairs and create this cutie little planter. I’m loving the pops of color with the new furniture! I can honestly say this turned out better than I imagined!! What do you think? Did we take home the W or what!? PS.
