I'm proud to share that TAG® is a 100% MDRT team for the second year in a row.* But let me be clear—MDRT is not our benchmark. It’s a milestone, not the mountain. A checkpoint, not the crown. A marker on the road, not the reason we walk. Because at TAG®, we believe a good adviser is a good human being first. And more often than not, the way you show up in life reflects the way you show up in business. But the industry doesn’t always see it that way. Too often, sales are dressed up as advice. Too often, profits come before people. We are here to change that. We want to prove that success and integrity can walk hand in hand. That you can do well while doing good. That kindness and ambition are not opposites, but partners. That’s why TAG® exists. We are not just chasing numbers. We are building something bigger—a world where better advice exists because better role models lead the way. It’s a big, hairy, audacious goal. I don’t know if we’ll pull it off. But we will try. And if you believe in this too, maybe you should be here with us ❤️

Since young, God gave me a vision to be on stage to inspire others. To start, he gave me a family full of love. Along the way, he planted many wise mentors and down-to-earth friends in my path. I grew up a happy child and my heart overflows with positivity. I believe God does that so I can fulfill my higher calling on Earth. And that is to pour positivity into as many lives as I can reach. So when, Irene, Deputy CEO of finexis, asked if she could invite me to become the keynote speaker for Final Sprint 2023, I saw it as a sign to rise to the occasion. I said yes to Irene with an eager yet anxious heart. The three-week preparation period was arduous. Self-doubt and imposter syndrome crept in like unwelcome shadows. Nightmares haunted my sleep. Joanne tanked many responsibilities at home while I went laser-focused. Thankfully, the keynote went well and the crowd responded back with love from all corners. My heart is full. My job is to bring light and positivity to those around me. I just happen to be a financial adviser. And I'll continue to do this as long as I can ❤️ 🎥: @bokbokeh @bokbokeh.event

Some advisers never seem to struggle with prospecting. Clients come to them—effortlessly. It’s not because they hustle harder. It’s not because they got lucky. It’s because they’ve built something that attracts. A way of showing up that makes the right people lean in. I know how frustrating it feels to chase. To wonder if there’s a better way. To wish clients would come to you—instead of constantly convincing. That’s why I’m running 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞® 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 soon. To share what I’ve learned about building a practice that feels aligned. Where success isn’t about running faster. It’s about moving smarter. I’ll be opening priority access soon. But here’s the thing— Only those in my 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐀𝐩𝐩 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭 will get the first chance to join. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 “𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭” 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈’𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄. Let’s build something better ❤️

Some lessons can’t be learned from books. They need to be lived, felt, and seen. So whenever I can, I take Joen outside. The world becomes our classroom, the streets our blackboard. I teach him the small things that make a big difference. Like how to say “no, thank you” and “yes, please”—because good manners open doors. How to sidestep the comparison monster—the one that feeds on joy and leaves only hunger behind. How to see his own fortune—not in riches, but in the simple privilege of not eating mud biscuits or mosquito burgers somewhere else in the world. That being smart is good, but being kind is greater. I teach him to watch out for cars, to stay clear of the ones that might roll back without warning. To land safely when he jumps—because life is full of leaps, and knowing how to fall matters. To call for help if we ever lose each other—because even the bravest need a way home. Some people think legacy is about passing down wealth. But real legacy is passing down values. And I hope, long after I’m gone, he will still hear my voice in the lessons the world has taught him ❤️

What’s Worse Than Losing a Sale? Not being close to your child. You can recover from a lost deal. Try again, learn, refine, and one day, you’ll win. But if your child starts pulling away, if they hesitate before reaching for your hand, if their little world no longer includes you—what then? A child’s love language isn’t money. It isn’t success. It isn’t the security we tell ourselves we’re working so hard for. It’s time. Time to sit beside them, unhurried. Time to listen, even when their stories seem small. Time to just be there, not as a provider, not as a leader, but as a parent. Yet, it’s easy to get caught up. Success is intoxicating. The rush of winning, the recognition, the pursuit of something bigger. And before you know it, the years have passed. I once spoke to a senior director, a man who had built an empire. But as he looked back, his voice turned quiet. "I built a great team," he said, "but I lost my kids in the process. Once you miss the first ten years, it’s hard to catch up." That stayed with me. Because at the end of it all, when the applause fades and the titles mean little, what remains? Not your revenue. Not your rank. But the moments you spent—or the ones you missed. And I don’t want to miss them ❤️

Some people inspire from a distance. Others, up close. @ling.chunwei does both. From afar, he’s walked the red carpet at finexis awards night—multiple times. Always with his family by his side, hand in hand. A producer, yes. But first, a family man. Up close, he’s just as remarkable. Approachable. Generous with his wisdom. I’ve sought his advice over Zoom and in person, but the most memorable moment? A conversation on a tour bus—Italy airport to MSC World Europa. A company incentive trip, but what I took away wasn’t just the destination. It was the quiet lessons in between. During the cruise, Joen took a special liking to him. Maybe kids just know. Chunwei was patient. Gentle. The kind of presence that doesn’t demand attention but leaves an imprint. Last week, he joined our monthly meeting and shared from the heart. A moment that lingered long after. I pray for this brother to prosper—not just for a season, but for a lifetime. Some people deserve all the good that comes their way. Chunwei is one of them ❤️

Joen and I are going for our second father-and-son trip. Two years ago, we did a similar one to Taiwan. Today, we are going to Fukuoka, Japan. This is our first time in this country. Joen is excited, and truth be told, so am I. We’ll be traveling with friends who also earned this trip, but for me, it’s more than just a getaway. I needed this—five days to slow down, breathe, and reset. Life moves fast, but here’s a chance to hit pause, even if just for a while. We are missing mama and Jovi already ❤️

With the nature of our job, we don’t always get to see our team members often. We meet almost every week, but there’s always an agenda—work, numbers, planning. Rarely do we get the chance to just talk about life, about how everyone’s really doing. Then @hello.jiale had an idea: What if we had breakfast together once a month? No agenda, no fixed venue—just good food and good conversations, letting things flow naturally. The first is always the most memorable. Cheers to our very first Breakfast Club—my tummy is full, and so is my heart. ☕🥞
