A shocking incident 🚨 @cafemanana.in It’s time to hold such establishments accountable for their negligence !! You’ve damaged deeply someone’s faith, beliefs and emotions. Pt1- @cafemanana.in marketing team claimed they maintain veg-non-veg cooking and everything very carefully! Then how did this mistake happen? Pt2- The owners relatives (who was taking care of the cafe) tells “it’s ok we are new and this mistake can happen” wow. Then why ur marketting team claims and vouches for you. When you’re not capable enough to handle one customer dietary request!! Pt3- We requested @cafemanana.in to give us a public apology for distress this caused us and bring this to light so all vegetarians be aware this has happened and choose to dine or not dine in. WHICH THEY FAILED. Pt4- Why always these restaurants blames their employees!! Why they don’t take accountability for such grave mistakes or kindly be open to vegetarian if you can’t manage !! THE SOLUTION FROM @cafemanana.in IS WE WILL FIRE THE EMPLOYEE? Wow. We want you to take the accountability and be apologetic. Which you failed. Say bye to Bajis & Pakodas.. Say hi 👋 Gujarat famous Corn Panki ! All you need to make this delicious Corn panki is- You can make up to 12-15 panki. 2 cup corn 4 Green chilli (Adjust spice level) 1/2 inch Ginger (Optional) Grind to coarse paste 1/2 cup besan 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup rice flour 3 tbsp curd 2 Tsp Oil Salt to taste A big pinch of Turmeric powder A Handful of Coriander leaves finely chopped Water adjust to consistency 4 Banana leaves- Cut into squares Steps- 1. Make the coarse paste and keep it aside in a bowl 2. Now mix all the given ingredients in the same bowl and adjust water consistency to medium thick. 3. Cut banana leaves and grease it with oil both sides 4. Heat the tawa and put the banana leaf and then batter and use the other greased banana leaf to spread the batter evenly 5. Cook on both sides for 2 mins on medium flame (banana leaf will change slightly brown) 6.
