Never thought I’d say this, but I kinda miss the veganism trends Let’s make this clear: the carnivore will lean you out fast because you’re cutting out carbohydrates which will in fact deplete you of A LOT of water weight. It’s not magic, and the moment you reintroduce carbs, the weight comes back pretty quick. As for cholesterol, yes, ingesting it will be beneficial, but you don’t need to go to extremes to make sure your testosterone is high. Resistance training and activity level will help that as it is along with a well-balanced diet. And if you’re still worried, get your bloodwork done.
