Josh just shared this song with me. To say it’s relatable is an understatement. —- yesterday was a month since she left, but today it’s hitting harder. I have so many feelings today, but mostly today, I’m so mad she’s gone. I’m so mad her last few years were filled with stupid Alzheimer’s and Aphasia. I’m mad I won’t get any more pictures or memories or anything with her. (Although I’m thankful that she didn’t suffer a second longer than she had to, and that I was there for it. Today I’m mad as hell)- I don’t get it —- I’m thankful for songs that are relatable.

Thanksgiving with my mom’s side 💚 I think mom was messing with me … the gravy was a struggle and then it turned out hella good. The stuffing muffins were a little dry but worked. Dip came out good. I tried. Mom would have been laughing at how ridiculous auntie and I were all day… and we needed it 💜 happy Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving 2024 • we made it through the day - and I dare say it was an overall good day. I had hard moments, and was really tired from trying not to think about mom all day (which didn’t work bc I thought about her at every moment of the day) but it went better than I anticipated and for that I’m grateful.

Did the Alzheimers walk yesterday. Thank you everyone who came out to support 💜 meant the world to me! #endalz I walked in memory of my mom, and in support of my dad. One thing I love about the Alzheimer’s association is that they’re fighting for a cure for not just Alzheimer’s but all other dementia’s too!
