Ah, the life of a lone cookie guardian. With Christmas cookies at stake, the weekend hours drag on like a snowstorm in mid-December. Poor Nate was left alone to protect the season’s finest treats. You’ve probably heard of paintable caulk but have you heard of tintable caulk? I’m all about working smarter not harder, especially with a large scale renovation like a kitchen. Exact color caulk by @sashcoinc takes a step out of the process by allowing you to color match your caulk to your paint color. And it couldn’t have been easier. Here’s all you need to do: - snip the caulk bottle open - add 20 ml of your paint to the caulk (measuring tool included) - screw lid on and shake for 60 seconds - add provided thickener - add lid and shake for 60 more seconds - wait 30 minutes - caulk as you normally would I’m not kidding when I say I’ll never buy paintable caulk again. Nate’s off the wallplate and onto the baseboard today. Onsite with Aaron from @miillersconstruction today, he’s checking out the details on this tricky, creamy off-white baseboard. This one’s definitely not a job for your standard white caulking— it would stick out like a pine tree 🌲 in the midst of a snowdrift ❄️.
