تمت الزيارة الفنية للاتحاد الدولي لكرة السلة في مدينة الدوحة من 23 إلى 27 فبراير، حيث تم استعراض جميع المنشآت الرياضية والتأكد من جاهزيتها لاستضافة بطولة كأس العالم لكرة السلة قطر 2027. كما تم تعزيز سبل التعاون بين الاتحاد الدولي واللجنة المنظمة، ومتابعة مستجدات العمل في المنشآت لضمان تجربة استثنائية لعشاق كرة السلة حول العالم. The FIBA technical visit took place in Doha from the 23rd to the 27th, during which all venues were inspected to ensure their readiness for the FIBA Basketball World Cup Qatar 2027. اجتمعت يوم أمس الأربعاء قيادات الاتحاد الدولي للكرة الطائرة واللجنة الأولمبية القطرية في مقر الاتحاد الدولي بمدينة لوزان، سويسرا، لمناقشة فرص نمو وتطوير الكرة الطائرة في قطر. مثّل اللجنة الأولمبية القطرية سعادة الأمين العام جاسم بن راشد البوعينين، فيما مثّل الاتحاد الدولي رئيسه السيد فابيو أزيفيدو. ‏The leadership of the FIVB and Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) met Wednesday at the FIVB Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland, to discuss opportunities for volleyball’s growth and development in Qatar. ‏His Excellency Secretary General Jassim bin Rashid Al-Buenain represented the QOC, while FIVB President Fabio Azevedo led discussions on behalf of the FIVB.

التقى سعادة السيد جاسم بن راشد البوعينين، أمين عام اللجنة الأولمبية القطرية، اليوم بمدينة لوزان السويسرية مع السيد نيناد لالوفيتش، رئيس الاتحاد الدولي للمصارعة وعضو المكتب التنفيذي للجنة الأولمبية الدولية. شهد الاجتماع بحث آفاق التعاون الرياضي بين الجانبين وآليات تطوير اللعبة في دولة قطر والمنطقة. His Excellency Jassim bin Rashid Al-Buenain, Secretary General of the Qatar Olympic Committee, met today in Lausanne, Switzerland with Mr. Nenad Lalovic, President of the United World Wrestling and Executive Board Member of the International Olympic Committee. The meeting discussed areas of sport cooperation between QOC and UWW, with a particular focus on developing the sport of wrestling in Qatar and the region.

التقى سعادة السيد جاسم بن راشد البوعينين، الأمين العام للجنة الأولمبية القطرية اليوم مع السيد أندرياس زاغكليس، الأمين العام للاتحاد الدولي لكرة السلة بمقر الإتحاد بمدينة مِي السويسرية. جرى خلال اللقاء بحث سبل تعزيز التعاون بين اللجنة الأولمبية القطرية والإتحاد الدولي لكرة السلة وتسليط الضوء على مسيرة كرة السلة بقارة آسيا ودور دولة قطر المحوري في دعم ونشر اللعبة بين جميع الفئات العمرية. كما رّكز الاجتماع على مناقشة خطط دولة قطر لاستضافة بطولة كأس العالم لكرة السلة 2027 المقرر إقامتها في الدوحة وجهود اللجنة المنظمة في تقديم نسخة استثنائية من البطولة تعتمد على الابتكار وتعزيز تجربة الجماهير وضمان إرث رياضي مستدام. His Excellency Jassim bin Rashid Al-Buenain, Secretary General of the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC), met with FIBA Secretary General Mr. Andreas Zagklis at House of Basketball to discuss areas of collaboration between QOC and FIBA. The discussions focused on strengthening cooperation, particularly in advancing basketball’s development in Asia, with Qatar playing a key role in expanding the sport across all levels. The meeting also covered Qatar’s preparations for hosting the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2027 in Doha, with a commitment to delivering an innovative, fan-focused tournament that leaves a lasting legacy.
