A festive chandelier full of ivy, chrysanthemums and lunaria 🌲 and even a wisp of old man’s beard foraged down South and bought back home
Two wreaths for the front and back doors using bits from the garden 🌲 I always keep them quite neat and traditional for my own doors. After last nights storm I was amazed that they were still hanging this morning. It was wild out there! 😅
Happy weekend everyone 🌲 after a few days away in London I’ll be hunkering down at home for the weekend staying out of the way of storm Darragh. I might even put the Christmas tree up after being inspired by all the Christmas decorations down here. London never fails to delight during the festive season 🎄
Fond memories of wreath making with friends and a little dog who wanted to be part of it all at the gorgeous home of @yomargey 🌲happy wreathing if you still have yours to make. It’s my absolute favourite thing to do to start the festive season
Hello December and happy first advent ✨ let the festive season commence. I’ve put two wreaths up ,but not too much in the house yet. I like to ease gently in to the season adding a little bit of this and that day by day 🌲
Slow November moments 🍂 all the leaves have fallen now and winter has truly set in 🌲 have a beautiful month ahead everyone #floralinspo #alittlebeautyeveryday #liveauthentic #thefloralseasons #seekinspirecreate #flowerstalking #stylingtheseasons #my_wintertale #winterstories
A festive moment for the table instead of the door 🧡 happy thanksgiving to all my US friends and family 🍂
Snow day moments from last week ❄️ a little bit of excitement for a few hours on a Saturday morning. Back to winter sun today and finally getting round to digging up dahlia tubers. Now to plant the tulips.
It’s a day for cosying up inside as storm Bert sweeps in ❄️ at least the Christmas cake was finally made. This is the last bowl from the garden just before the snow arrived 🍂
Last years dried dahlias 🧡 this year I didn’t have much success with fresh dahlias never mind cutting enough to dry so I’m glad I’ve had these squirrelled away in an upstairs cupboard.
Transitioning very slowly in to the festive season 🍂 I had so many yellow strawflowers this year (it’s always the colour you least want that germinates the best) that I’ve decided to embrace them and start making. I’ve loved seeing all the snow pictures today and slightly disappointed that it missed us ❄️ who got snow?
