I am still SO proud to have been chosen by @americanexpressUK and @yahoolifestyle to share my story and celebrate those times in life when things turn out for the better. For me, it was the moment that my Grandma snuck her homemade hot sauce in my suitcase when returning home from visiting my family in Canada. When my friends in the UK tasted it, that was the beginning of a whole new journey for me. Was such an honour to be recognised and to share my story with the world 😊 #WithAmex

Two years ago @yahoo published this editorial based around my story and brand. It was released in the early stages of GHS, a time when I wasn’t sure if I would make it in the competitive world of hot sauce. Well, 2 years later here I am. I am so proud to still be sharing my story and growing what I believe to be the best hot sauce company out there (call me bias but Grandma’s sauce slaps hard!) Thank you to everyone who has supported my journey so far. Dec 23’ marks the most successful month in GHS history and that is because of all the love, support and orders from you. Thank you 💖 Here’s to 2024 and all the exciting times ahead…… it’s going to be a big year! Merry Christmas eveyone✨ Kapana x

HOT MAPLE GRANOLA 🍁🌶️ (full recipe below) Ingredients: • 3 cups rolled oats • 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts work great) • 2 tbsp chia seeds • 1/2 tsp cinnamon • 1/4 tsp salt • 1/2 cup hot maple syrup • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 3/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened or sweetened, your choice) Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt. 3. Heat wet ingredients: In a small saucepan (or microwave-safe bowl), gently warm the maple syrup and coconut oil until just melted and warm. Stir in the vanilla extract. 4. Combine: Pour the warm syrup mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well to coat everything evenly. 5. Bake: Spread the mixture onto the tray in an even layer. Bake for 20 minutes, then gently stir. Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the top and bake for another 10–15 minutes, until golden and fragrant. 6. Cool completely before breaking into clusters. It crisps up as it cools!

Meet the holy trinity of heat👇🏼 OG Wiri Wiri – Bold, blazing, and unapologetically Guyanese. Mango Tango – Sweet meets heat in this tropical twist. Smoky Fire – Deep, rich, and dangerously addictive. Made with real heat, no filters, and zero chill. Which one’s your fave?
