Our customer was searching for an opal for a little while, and when this one came in and she saw it, there were no questions! It has beautiful double sided colour, that has great clarity and brilliance. We could stare at it forever! Who else wants an opal like this one? 🙋‍♀️💌

We can set any opal vertically or horizontally ✌️ Horizontal set opals tend to work well with oval shapes but even look beautiful with freeform opals too. Hi! Welcome to our feed ✨️ We're Sonia & Ramon. We live and breathe opal, and together, we're behind Gisler Jewellery 🤍 Keep reading to find out a little more about our work. We use metalsmithing & fabrication techniques to slowly & intentionally craft each piece you see on our feed, to order, in our Melbourne workshop. We cut some of our own opals in-house, as well as source beautiful colour from miners and cutters 🌈 Quality is at the forefront of our minds when producing our pieces, specalising in solid materials like silver and 9/18 carat gold, and solid Australian opal. We also love and offer Ethiopian opal, and Australian doublet opals. Design wise, ours are minimalistic. We want the focus to be all on the opal, and for our pieces to surpass fleeting trends. This is important to us, as we try our best to operate in a low waste & sustainable way. We don't produce excess, only what is ordered. Any metal off-cuts are collected to be recycled, melted down for future pieces. We use a combination of our metal scraps to recreate pieces, as well as recycled metal sourced from local refiners. It’s rare to find such incredible colouring and a flawless body in a stone this large – far more difficult than with smaller opals!
