Oh my goodness I didn’t think I would do this but here goes🫣…Sharing for #ChristmasInJuly 😁☺️😅 I hope you don’t mind and please know that this in no way implies that I want the Summer to rush by and be over, not at all! This is purely for inspiration and to spark ideas for Christmas 2024. ✨💖🌸🎅🏻🌸💖✨ I always design a couple of holiday tablescapes in my home every Christmas and with this one, I created a whimsical festive vibe embracing my love for the soft colour palette of blush pink, creamy white and gold for a dreamy festive feel! My 2024 Easter Tablescape Design! ✨🍃🩵🌸🐇🌸🩵🍃✨ It’s a fairytale floral garden theme with bunnies, eggs, blooms and sweet treats! 🩵🌸🐇🧚🏻🐇🌸🩵 The idea all started with draping florals from my chandelier, and from there, the design took off! Then it was all a matter of adding lots of pretty colours and whimsy! ✨🌸🧁🐇🧁🌸✨ Hope you like it! 🌟Happy 2025 friends!!🌟Can you believe we’ve said goodbye to 2024 and today we welcome January 1st 2025 with open hearts ready to embrace new beginnings and endless possibilities!🤗☺️✨💖✨ Last night the hubby and I enjoyed our New Year’s Eve dinner at this sparkly table! It felt quite special being surrounded by all the pinks, golds and silvers with the soft glow of candlelight and twinkle lights everywhere!☺️✨💫✨Everything shimmered and sparkled! Bows had to be included in the design of course, tied around the sparkly vase of my pretty white roses, around crystal candle holders and displayed on my dishes too! 🎀Each detail, from the glittering accent pieces to the cute whimsical touches, felt like a little wish for joy and wonder in 2025!💫And I cooked last night too!😁I think this was the first New Year’s Eve, that I didn’t have seafood… We enjoyed New York strip loin steaks. Delish! My goal for a New Year’s Eve dining experience is for every detail to represent celebration! ✨🎉🥂🎉✨To feel magical and enjoy the anticipation of a bright fresh New Year!! 💫🤍💫 By day, this scene from last NYE was a dreamy mix of silvers and whites, glowing softly in the daylight. ✨🤍☀️🤍✨But when the sun set, the magic truly came alive! 🌙 🩶💫🪩💫🩶Twinkling lights sparkled across crystal accents, shimmering linens, and glistening glassware, creating a nighttime glow of whimsy, elegance and endless sparkle!! ☺️✨💫✨💫✨ This table wasn’t just a place to dine, it was a place to dream, to toast, and to embrace the possibilities of a fresh New Year! Each was treated to a cute gingerbread gift box filled with chocolate treats to take home. The gingerbread houses and Nutcrakers were all so whimiscal especially in these dreamy pastel shades. ✨🩵🌸🧚🏻🌸🩵✨ When I create tablescapes where the center of the table is taken up with decor, I usually have a buffet style set up near by. Not always, but in this case it allows for the full effect of my theme to be enjoyed during the meal. 💫🌸🏰🍽️🥂🍽️🏰🌸💫 Whatever set up works for you, your home and your guests is best to go with! Lots of options can make the dining experience different each time!🥰💕🎄🍽️🍸🎄💕 Hope you’re enjoying this time between Christmas and New Year’s. Pink is my go to but the black velvet ones are so elegant and so sophisticated! I’m thinking of incorporating them into some New Year’s Eve decor, we’ll see!🥰🎀🖤🎀🖤🎀 It all started with my new pink tree which inspired my tablescape and then my sideboard! Everything throughout these rooms flow together with the same colour palette of pink, gold and black with lots of glitter sparkle and glam! I continued the theme to my dining room table, where the same colour palette of pinks, blacks and golds fill the the table and coordinate with my tree! A lot of you are now doing this as well and I’ve done it for so long too…and that’s to coordinate your wrapping paper and gift bags to your tree and theme. 🛍️🎄🛍️ I’ve done the same thing in my family room with the gifts under my Candyland Fairytale tree. All are in coordinating colours along with some of the cutest gingerbread house shaped bags!! Holiday Home views in Pink and Black!✨🎀🖤🎀✨ Even though part of my home is open concept my living room and dining room is separate from the great room so I get to experience two different Christmas vibe styles💖✨🎄✨🎄✨ That’s why you’re seeing posts of both my Chanel Parisian inspired Christmas as well as my Fairytale Candyland Christmas! Two very different themes however with one commonality, and that is of course, the colour PINK!🌸🥰🌸 It’s really fun to have more than one tree and to be able to decorate it so differently!🤗 If you can believe it, this is the first time I’ve had a big pink tree!🌸🎄🌸I’ve had traditional green ones, flocked green ones, white ones and a smaller flocked very bright pink one, but this one is definitely one of my favourites! The soft pink flocked with faux white snow is so dreamy and with the Chanel touches, it has an elegant and sophisticated vibe. ⚜️🎀🖤🎀⚜️Next year, it’ll be fun to decorate it entirely differently!☺️ Just a few more days and Christmas will be here!
