MVMNT’s knowledge is built on a foundation in Kinesiology, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Functional Movement Screening (FMS) and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) COMBINED WITH NCCP-Weightlifting certification, elite strength & conditioning training, and Yoga Instructor (RYT 200) accreditation.
