👩‍🍳This brittle is SOOO addictive and would make a great holiday gift. It’s the perfect balance of crunchy, sweet and salty. It’s so simple to make, and the best part is that it’s #glutenfree Recipe: 3 cups Corn Chex cereal 1/2 cup salted butter 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt * Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet pan with parchment paper. Hack: Crumple the paper up into a ball and then smoothing it out over the pan helps the parchment conform to the pan. * In a large mixing bowl, add 3 cups of Corn Chex and set aside.
 * In a medium saucepan, add butter, brown sugar, and flaky sea salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the butter melts. Once melted, bring the mixture to a simmer and continue cooking on medium-low heat until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture looks glossy. This takes about 1-2 minutes.
 * Remove mixture from heat and immediately pour it over the Corn Chex. Stir until all the Corn Chex are evenly coated.
 * Spread the Corn Chex onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet. Make sure the Corn Chex pieces overlap. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the brittle turns a light golden brown. * Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before breaking it into pieces. Store in a sealed container.

This key helps you remove an inset aerator so it can be cleaned. The aerator controls the flow of water exiting your faucet. Left unclean, bacteria and hard water mineral scale can develop, impacting the flow and health of your water. Most of y’all have seen the vinegar and water filled baggie rubber banded to the faucet trick to remove hard water scale. This only cleans the external side of the faucet, not the internal part where the water flows throw and where all the real nasties like to hide. Here’s how to use the key and deep clean your aerators. Line up the teeth of the aerator key with the grooves in the aerator. Twist the key to unscrew the aerator. Soak the parts in distilled vinegar for 30 minutes, give a little toothbrush scrub to remove any remaining debris, rinse and reassemble. No worries if you can’t find your aerator keys. You can pick up a replacement from Amazon or a local hardware store. Recipe: 1 Pound of your favorite nuts (I use pecan halves) 1 Cup Brown Sugar 2 Egg Whites 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted 1 tsp Pure Vanilla extract Flaky salt 1 tsp cinnamon (optional) Preheat oven to 250° F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, hand whisk egg whites until frothy. Add in vanilla and slowly pour in melted butter as you whisk. This will prevent the melted butter from cooking the egg whites. Whisk until fully incorporated. Add in brown sugar (and optional cinnamon) whisk one last time until smooth. Add in nuts and stir to coat. Pour nuts out onto the parchment paper lined sheet pan and spread out so the nuts aren’t overlapping. Bake for 1 hour. Stir the nuts every 15 minutes. This ensures all the nuts get covered with the candied goodness. You’ll know they’re done when the coating has crystallized on the nuts and no liquid is left on the baking sheet. Remove them from the oven and sprinkle on some flaky salt while the nuts are still hot. Allow to cool before storing. Store in an airtight container up to 3 weeks.
