It was a pleasure to create these illustrative rendered images for one of our recent design projects. For this front garden we looked to create a welcoming arrival space for a young family. This front garden space is the primary outdoor space so the design had to be multifunctional, balancing form and function. One of the main requests from the client was to create a couple of separate entertaining areas for the whole family to enjoy 💚 Key design points: 🌱 Using a balanced palette materials helps to zone the garden in a thoughtful way. 🌱 A green planting palette softens the junctions where the paths and terraces meet adding lot of interest and texture. 🌱Slim line borders and trained climbers soften the garden boundaries and provide seasonal colour. 🌱Multi-stemmed trees add height to the garden without requiring a big footprint. The trees provide a focal point and increase the sense of inclosure (and privacy). 🌱Clean lines and focal points create mini vistas from within the garden and home. I love Autumn, it’s my favourite season! So much to look forward to; cosy evenings, the leaves turning colour and the return of the Sunday Roast! It’s also the season when beautiful garden lighting comes into its own because of the earlier evenings. Here at RAY we love to provide our clients with a broad range of images when we render garden concepts on their behalf. A mix of images provides lots of options for the designer ( + the end client) and we truly believe it is the best way to capture the designers intention to the full extent. This beautiful English country garden project designed by @sarabarraud is no exception. See our earlier post for a close up of the dining space with gorgeous timber pergola 💚 #3drendering #gardendesign #englishgarden #ray3Drenders

Delighted to share some images of this project we have been working on for @the_botanical_gardener_ The project is a redesign of the main entertaining area of a large, walled, country garden. A series of connected terraces create a cosy and informal green space with lots of visual interest and good access to the garden beyond! Swipe to see the layout. 💚
