It’s not about being perfect or always feeling confident—it’s about treating yourself with the same kindness and patience you would offer a close friend. It’s about embracing your strengths and flaws without judgment. Setting boundaries and not settling for less than you deserve. Prioritizing yourself and your well-being. Understanding your emotions, needs, desires and being kind to yourself when you make mistakes. Love yourself and know your worth—you can’t expect others to recognize it if you don’t first find it within yourself. If you’re struggling with this right now, take your time to get to know yourself better and appreciate how amazing you truly are. Once you discover the beautiful person you are and fall in love with yourself, the rest of the world will have no choice but to do the same.
