One of my biggest daydreams as a little girl fresh off the boat from Sri Lanka into California was the idea of Europe. My family would travel all of Asia but never Europe. The idea of even looking at the Mediterranean Sea was almost so fictional I would only think I’d see it in my dreams. Sounds incredibly cheesy, but it’s so true for me. — After finishing nursing school/taking my nclex and working as an RN, I made it my goal to make this dream come true!! Getting to travel to a place I thought I’d only see in my dreams was the biggest highlight of my 2024. Truly one of the most magical times of my life, and I’m so eternally grateful myself (& little Sabeehah) got to experience it.
