Congrats on leading a large project. However, if this is your first-time project managing with zero experience, the best hack is to lean into people and structure. Please don’t try to know everything, instead, try your best to focus on understanding the scope of the project, getting clarity on the deliverables, and putting together the comms and risk strategy. With all of that, start by building trust with your core team. and set up simple tools to track tasks, issues, and progress. Working on @ABisBuildingAI, I’m discovering so many cool prompts and created this PROJECT MANAGER STARTER KIT visual.
