On #WorldWaterDay, we highlight #UNDPinPakistan’s efforts to restore access to clean water after the 2022 floods in Pakistan. Heavy monsoon rains and melting glaciers devastated millions, causing severe clean water scarcity. With support from the @JapanGov 🇯🇵, UNDP Pakistan distributed 2,000 water filters to flood-affected communities in Sindh, KP and Balochistan 🇵🇰, ensuring safe drinking water for 12,600 people.
